The Body Reboot program is pretty simple (although not necessarily easy). There are three rules that you should follow:
- No processed sugar (white sugar, brown sugar, added sugar, candy, pop, sports drinks, etc.)
- Real food only, no pre-packaged meals (KD, chicken fingers, pizza in a box, burritos, anything from the frozen meal aisle)
- Fruit and/or vegetables served at every meal
A full list of allowed and not allowed food will be included in the Body Reboot package. During the body reboot program you will have full access to me, a Certified Holistic Nutrition Coach, through email and our private Facebook group. I will be available to answer all questions, help with strategies and to guide you when desired.
