At my baby’s first foods workshop one of the most common questions I am asked is when baby-led weaning, what size should the food be? The most simple answer is small, but what does “small” mean?
Here is a video post I made to answer that exact question. I discuss how to cut up and serve five common fruits we feed our baby’s: banana, cucumber, kiwi, grapes and raspberries. All of these fruits can be given to baby to feed themselves and are great starter foods if you want to try baby-led weaning.
